Infertility is often surrounded by silence and stigma. In Zambia, many couples still believe myths that delay treatment.  

Myth 1: Infertility is always the woman’s fault.  

Fact: Male factors contribute equally.  

Myth 2: Herbal remedies guarantee pregnancy.  

Fact: Only medical diagnosis and evidence-based treatments can help.  

Hope:  

Most causes of infertility are treatable. Couples should seek help early, with compassion and without shame.
