Breaking the silence on menstrual health

Periods are natural, yet still whispered about. In Zambia, many girls face stigma and miss school because of lack of support.

Why awareness?

Menstrual health affects dignity, education, and opportunities.

What helps?

Open conversations, affordable sanitary products, and teaching girls to track their cycles.

Message:

Menstruation is not a taboo – it’s a sign of life and health.
